Once again, my laptop has failed me, and I am stuck with the task of trying to get it fixed. If there’s one thing I HATE more than being without my baby (my mini laptop), it would most likely be the grueling task of calling the company to arrange to get it shipped and fixed. The call center employees are impossible to understand, and it takes them an hour to figure out what I’m saying as well! I just wish that these big companies would improve their service and hire call center services such as this one to deal with their customers!
